If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right — quickly, transparently, and hassle-free.
1. General Return Terms
We offer a 60-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.
To qualify for a return, products must be:

Undamaged and in their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation
To start a return, please email us at support@fureverpetsclub.com with the subject line “Return”.
We’ll provide the correct return address and detailed instructions.

Please note: returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@fureverpetsclub.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, color, or size, simply email us your request.
We’ll confirm availability and provide return instructions.
Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement promptly.
4. EU 60-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 60 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or tags.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
6. Personalized or Custom Items
Custom or personalized products (for example, engraved name tags or made-to-order accessories) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
7. Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable, but they may be exchanged for another size, color, or product of equal value.
If you exchange a sale item, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
8. Promotions (e.g., “Buy 4, Get 20% Off”)
If you participated in a promotional offer but wish to return part of your order, don’t worry — you can exchange any item from that order for another product of equal or lesser value.
We’ll ship your replacement free of charge.
9. How to Return an Item

Wait for approval and follow the return instructions we provide.

Send the item(s) back in original packaging.
