Terms & Conditions – Furever Pets Club

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

Cooling-off Period: The period of 60 days during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: The natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Right of Withdrawal: The option for the consumer to withdraw from the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: Furever Pets Club, as identified in Article 2.
Distance Agreement: An agreement concluded between Furever Pets Club and the consumer via an organized system for distance selling, using one or more means of distance communication.
Means of Distance Communication: Tools that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and Furever Pets Club being physically present in the same space.
Terms & Conditions: These General Terms & Conditions of Furever Pets Club.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer from Furever Pets Club and to all agreements concluded remotely between Furever Pets Club and the consumer.

Before concluding a distance agreement, the text of these Terms & Conditions will be made available electronically. If this is not reasonably possible, Furever Pets Club will indicate how they can be viewed electronically and sent free of charge upon request.


Article 4 – The Offer

All offers from Furever Pets Club are non-binding and valid while supplies last.

Product descriptions are accurate and detailed to allow proper consumer evaluation.

Product images on the website are true representations but may show slight color variations depending on display settings.

Furever Pets Club reserves the right to modify prices and product details at any time.


Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified conditions.

Furever Pets Club confirms receipt of the acceptance electronically.

Furever Pets Club implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure electronic data transfer and provides a secure web environment for all payments and transactions.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 60 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

During this period, consumers must handle the product and packaging with care.

Returns must be requested via support@fureverpetsclub.com and sent according to the provided instructions.


Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Furever Pets Club will refund the full purchase amount, including standard shipping fees, within 14 days of receiving the returned products.


Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products if the seal has been broken.


Article 9 – Pricing

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Possible import duties or customs fees for international orders are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Obvious pricing or typographical errors do not bind Furever Pets Club.


Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

Furever Pets Club guarantees that the products meet the agreement, the provided specifications, and reasonable standards of quality and usability.

If a product is defective, Furever Pets Club will offer a suitable solution such as replacement or refund in accordance with consumer law.


Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the consumer during checkout.

Furever Pets Club strives to meet delivery times but is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond control.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.


Article 12 – Subscriptions and Duration Agreements

Not applicable: Furever Pets Club does not offer recurring services or subscription models.


Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be made through the secure payment methods available on the website, which include:
American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa.

The consumer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details.

All transactions are processed in a secure environment to protect your personal and financial information.


Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted via support@fureverpetsclub.com within 7 days of discovery.

Furever Pets Club will respond within 14 days with a proposed resolution or timeline.

If a complaint cannot be resolved mutually, the consumer may submit it to an official dispute resolution platform or authority within the European Union.


Article 15 – Governing Law

All agreements between Furever Pets Club and the consumer are governed by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
